On the 17th of November 2023, we held Impala Enterprise Supplier Development (ESD) cohort two graduation ceremony at Impala Siesta offices, in Rustenburg. 20 entrepreneurs were honoured and celebrated for the commitment and dedication they showed in the 12-month long programme.

Throughout the programme, participants were capacitated with great insights that covered topics such as Legal and Statutory Compliance, Sales and Marketing, Access to Funding, Access to Market, Personal Mastery, Project Management, Risk Management, Human Resources, Tendering and Pricing, Financial Management and more.

One of the participants who spoke on behalf of Cohort 2, Mrs Lebogang Setshedi thanked Classic Oriental team and Impala Rustenburg for the opportunity, and also advised that her business has grown immensely since she joined the Impala ESD programme.

We are passionate about the development of entrepreneurs and helping them build sustainable businesses that will help alleviate poverty and reduce unemployment in our communities.
